Where is the TCP & UDP input option in Splunk Cloud?

I want monitor Linux device via syslog method when i go to input data  not found Tcp & udp option 

Now to add this input option  ? As

@fortiweb TCP and UDP inputs are not allowed even on Splunk cloud SH or IDM, the only way is to spun up a on premise heavy forwarder and create inputs.

TCP and UDP inputs are not allowed in Splunk Cloud.  You must use  forwarder to receive TCP/UDP input and forward the data to Splunk Cloud.
