Where can I find JIT provisioning?

I'm setting my IDP service with SAML, SSO(Single-sign on).

In Documentation, they say splunk cloud provides JIT(Just-In Time) provisioning, but I can't find JIT provisioning section.

I'm using free trial now. Can this be problem?

Does the JIT provisioning need any other plans?

Or, am I not good at finding where the JIT provisioning button?
