Splunk is triggering System, WMI Provider process and causing lot of network traffic at Start up. Disabling the Splunk service significantly improved the performance drastically. When Splunk is enabled , the CPU stands at 100 % for 30 mins at boot, after disabling Splunk the CPU was at 100% only for 6 mins as then it dropped to normal usage. How can we fix this issue
