How to use HEC on Splunk Cloud?

Hello,

I am new to Splunk Cloud. I had created a trial account and was trying to post raw events to Splunk Cloud.

my cloud url -

https://prd-p-ty649.splunkcloud.com

Post URL - https://http-input-prd-p-ty649.splunkcloud.com:8088/services/collector/raw/1.0?channel=fdd8be30-edab...

but i always get the error 503 - Service Unavailable

Please Help !!!
