How to change workload pools and admission rules?

I'm reviewing some aspects of Splunk Cloud platform related to Workload management and got myself with 3 questions:

- There's any way to change the default workload pool value?

- There's any way to use admission rules based on rule/user?

- Can you share some examples for using an Admission rule beside a search restriction when creating a role?
