Extracting Timestamps from Log Message Bodies in OpenTelemetry Collector

Has anyone,

I'm looking to parse timestamps embedded in the bodies field of logs and use them as the official log timestamp. Fluentd offers regex parsing for this, but I'm seeking a solution within OTel's framework. Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated!
