Does Splunk cloud sign BAAs?

We're interested in HIPAA-compliance for Splunk cloud. Does Splunk cloud sign BAAs?

What do you mean our vendor? We have a BAA with AWS. We would prefer to not manage our own Splunk servers on AWS, and would prefer to use Splunk Cloud.

Whichever vendor you purchase Splunk Cloud from may sign a BAA but Splunk will not directly if I remember correctly.
