Does Splunk Cloud get automatically updated?

Hello all,

Does the Splunk Cloud instances get automatically updated on a scheduled window, or does the customer have to manually request for a version update?

Splunk cloud gets upgraded automatically.
The one that is responsible will get email before hand om what dates the upgrade will be on.
