Data Manager missing from Splunk Cloud Trial?

Hey all,

I'm looking to trail splunk cloud and more specifically the Data Manager feature. I've successfully logged in to my trial instance (Version: 9.3.2408.107 Experience: Classic) but "Data Manager" isn't present as an App in the list. Is this not something I can use with a trial version?
