user experience - your account is not currently licensed for end user monitoring. I can confirm that all eum key, event service key are all the same. How do we resolve this.

Are you running on-premise or SaaS? If you're running on-prem then you will need to ensure you have the EUM licenses provisioned using the guide at https://help.splunk.com/en/appdynamics-on-premises/eum-server-deployment/eum-server-deployment/provi...
If you have done this and still have no success then I think it would be best to raise a support case for more investigation.
