how to integrate Appdynamics with Cherwell

hi, rashmi. have you looked thought about using external help for this operation - maybe a connector, that will handle the entire integration from start to end?

Hello Rashmi,

We do not have integration with Cherwell as of now. If you are looking at posting alerts from AppDynamics to Cherwell similar to what SNOW integration does, we suggest you to take HTTP Request Actions and Templates route. For this to happen, you will have to research a bit if Cherwell exposes any REST API to post event data from third parties to its software.

Quick browsing landed me on this page (https://cherwellsupport.com/CherwellAPI/Documentation/en-US/csm_rest_api.html) but it all depends on how and with which product you want to integrate.
