Unable to add or remove users

Hi All,

I'm running into an issue where I am unable to add or remove any users from the AppD SaaS tenant.

I keep receiving the following error every time we attempt to save:

"An unexpected error occurred and was logged with exception id: fa893aac-697a-492d-aacc-14adbe9ed294 at time: 2026-05-11T17:02:05.102460663Z"

Please help how to get around this.

Hi @Muhammad_asadul 

As this is the SaaS AppD I would recommend filing a support case so that support teams can investigate the issue on their end and hopefully resolve this for you. Remember to give them as much context/info as you can about the issue e.g. details of user you are trying to create/delete.

Hi @livehybrid 

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately this is an NFR instance and we currently don't have any support entitlements. How can I get any help on it in this situation?
