Restoring configurations from a SAAS-Based Controller

We are using a SAAS based controller. If we needed to restore aspects of our configuration from yesterday, or from perhaps a week or month ago, what is the process for us to do that? Do you perform regular (and granular) backups on our behalf, or are we expected to download configurations ourselves? If so, what options are there that allow us to automate this? E.g. APIs, jobs etc

Hi Sikka,
SaaS platform serving as a multitenant controller it is really hard to manage this kind operation if you dont have any real technical issue.

So you can kindly ask this to support team or your account manager with a support ticket. Based my older experience it is not impossible but it can charge additional cost for you just because professional service.

Thanks
Cansel

Hi @Sikha.Singh,

I just had a read of the ticket. They shared some documentation and I see if what you were looking for was not there, then they suggested you submit this as a feature request, which you can do here: https://community.appdynamics.com/t5/Idea-Exchange/idb-p/ideas

Hi @Sikha.Singh,

Sorry about that. I missed that the doc was for On prem. This is all I was able to find: https://docs.appdynamics.com/appd/23.x/latest/en/extend-appdynamics/appdynamics-apis/controller-audi...

You can also try contacting AppD Support. How do I submit a Support ticket? An FAQ
