Reducing Machine Agent Socket Opening Attempts

The client reported a scenario where the Machine Agent is making multiple attempts to connect to the controller, opening the socket, and at some point the agent stops the attempt and its process becomes a zombie, impacting resources on their servers.

The request is for the Machine Agent to open the socket and close it open, avoiding multiple opening attempts and preventing the burden on the agent process.
