Not able to monitor Apache Tomcat web app hosted on Azure

I followed the instructions on

https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO43/Install+the+AppDynamics+Azure+Site+Extension

however I do not see the application created on the AppDynamics side

Using SaaS AppDynamics Version 4.3.5.7, build 4249

Extension on the Azure side it 4.3.7

See setting on the azure side attached

Hi John,

  Azure site extension can only instrument .Net based apps hosted on IIS. Technically its a .Net Agent.Based on your my understanding is that you are trying to instrument Java-based app on Tomcat which site extension 

Based on your comment, my understanding is that you are trying to instrument Java-based app on Tomcat which site extension ( .Net Agent) cannot instrument)

I think what you can do is copy over the Java Agent onto your App instance then manually install it using following document
