Node.JS - Detect SQL Server backend

Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible (and how to) detect a SQL Server backend in an NodeJS instrumented application using AppDynamics version 4.3.

If not, is there any other way to see the query or the database call?

Thanks in advance,

Hi Gabriel,

As per this list: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO44/Node.js+Supported+Environments, SQL Server is not one of our supported out of the box databases for the Node.js Agent. However, we do provide the Node.js Agent API, which allows you to instrument the app on your own. Please take a look at the docs for that: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO44/Node.js+Agent+API+Reference

Kyle
