Splunk AppDynamics

No license found for account

Hi,

I have a question. My controller is on-prem, my license is AppDynamics Lite. But when I start the java agent, there was an error in my log.

It said 'Agent license request denied. Agent type: Java; Host: xuyxg; License Rule: Default; Reason: No license found for account [Redacted]'

I don't seem to have any right to monitor. Is there a problem with my configuration?

and my controller-info.xml is:

Hi @yingxia.xu,

Sorry about that page not working, it seems it was down for editing, but it's back up.

I think this page may also help answer some questions: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO44/License+Entitlements+and+Restrictions

Hey @yingxia.xu

Please note restrictions on Lite Accounts found in our documentation. This may answer your question.

 https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Lite+and+Pro+Editions

If you're interested in exploring on-prem for purchase, please contact info@Appdynamics.com

Please note, there is no official troubleshooting for on-prem Lite accounts.

Emm, thank you for your reply.

But when I opened your URL it reminded me that I need to log in. And I can't log in to this website. Anyway, is there a 0-cost license for On-Premise Environments?  I  checked your official documents, it seems that if I use the controller On-Premise Environments, I should get the license.lic. So can I get the license.lic for free?
