Java agent not recognizing MongoDB

I have an app using the MongoDB sync driver version 5.5.1.  Java agent is 24.12.0.

The docs seem to say Mongo is supported, but the agent doesn't seem to know what to do with it.

There are no MongoDB calls showing under either Database Calls or Remote Services.  The only way I know they are occurring is by looking at individual transaction snapshots and seeing them rolled up into "com.mongodb.internal.connection.SocketStream.read."  The snapshot gives the total time for the calls but I cannot see what the call was or how many there were.

The backend detection appears to be set as the default.  MongoDB is enabled.  Host, port, and database are checked and have "Use as is" in the dropdowns.

thanks
