Enable KPI Analyzer

I want to enable the KPI analyzer to identify the root causes of poor application performance. As per according to this link: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/KPI+Analyzer they defined as :

Enabling the KPI Analyzer

The KPI Analyzer is available on select SaaS Controllers only. If you are interested in using the feature, contact your AppDynamics representative.

What should I do?

Hi @Sania.Sharma,

Do you have access to your AppD Account Rep or know someone on your team who does? Based on what the document says, that seems like a good step or is that where you are blocked?

Thanks for the response. I've an access for AppDynamics, but can't find out this analyzer.

Please help me with this.

Hi @Sania.Sharma,

You mentioned in your first post that it said to contact your AppD Rep. I think this is probably the best course of action. I suggest you try that route. Your AppD Admin may know who that is.
