Default Email configuration in Policies

Hi Team,

There is one keyword getting passed every time policy is triggered in the mail subject. When checked the configuration there is no such keyword passed in the email configuration nor in EMail & SMS settings. Any idea where it can be searched  for this keyword to be removed.

Thank you for posting to the community.

The default email subject cannot be changed, but if you wish to use a custom subject line, then you may create your own Email Template, which allows you to define your own subject line as well as body contents.

Default email template is included in the following document for reference.

If you are already using Email Template and there is an extra keyword in the subject, could you give us more information related to the template and an extra keyword? (Please eliminate any personally-identifying information or content)
