Data Retention when node moves from one application to another

I just moved the node from one application to another application in AppD and I had made the changes in the app agent and machine agent controler.xml. I'm still not seeing the historic data in the new node. Can someone help me out? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Guru.Kalyan reddy,

I found this AppD Docs page that discusses moving nodes and what happens with the data. The very first paragraph should provide some insight about the missing data.

Thanks for posting it  @Ryan.Paredez . I updated the appagent controller-info.xml, still no luck with historical data. Can you please let me know is there any way to get the data, as it is important to us.
Thanks
Guru kalyan reddy.

HI @Guru.Kalyan reddy,

I, unfortunately, I don't know the solution. Let's see if the community can jump in and help out. If you do find a discovery, please do share what you learned back on this post.
