Controller password reset

Can anyone assist with the saas credential reset?

Sorry for the late reply. Here are some instructions.

• Launch the controller.
• Click on Forgot Password and enter the following information:
• Account : Account Name
• User: The primary contact's email id

 
And submit which will send the password resent link to the primary contact's email.
