Config.xml settings for Azure Cloud Services for multiple environments

I have a .Net Azure apllication with cloud services (1Web Role + 1 Worker Role). I have the azure app targeted for integ, staging and production environments. Want to know the config file settings so as to deploy app dynamics for each of these environments during the continouos integration inside my TFS Project
