We found that the latest AppD agent for python release on `pkg_resources` within the `setuptools` library. This module has long since been deprecated but was removed in the 82.0.0 release on 2026-02-08. As a result deploys began to fail as the python agent could no longer find the module.
Our workaround was to pin `setuptools==81.0.0` for now
