Hi Akshat,

Please find support/certified docs link

https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO42/Java+Supported+Environments

However if you do not find the supported environments here, please configure agent and let us know in case you are looking for specific visibility

https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO42/Install+the+Java+Agent

https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO42/Java+Agent+Configuration+Properties

Thanks

Thanks Rajesh,

As per

https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO42/Java+Supported+Environments

It does seems that Appdynamics support Akka Actor and Scala which are based on Netty but nit really sure if it supports Netty 4 based stanalone jar application and hence the query.

Also if AD supports Netty 4, will it be sensing traffic automatically or some manual configurations need to be made.

Regards,

Akshat Mathur
