how to set proxy for SplunkJS on IIS Server - Splunk Community

I am able to setup proxy on NGINX as per the instructions on http://dev.splunk.com/view/javascript-sdk/SP-CAAAEWQ.
How do I set up the same proxy setup on IIS server?
