I work for a bio company (Creative Biogene) and I want to know how can I avoid data loss in my working computer?

Have a higly resilient setup and have properly performed and validated backups. And often do restore tests.

But seriously - it's a very generic question so it's hard to say anything more specific without more details of what you want to achieve and what are your limitations.
