Why do I get "400 Bad Request" for my normal login and "failed to set cookie" for SSO in the Splunk Mobile App?

I am able to successfully log in into my Splunk Enterprise instance thru the mobile browser on my phone.

However, when I'm trying to log in to my Splunk Enterprise instance thru the mobile app, I receive a "400 Bad Request" error when using the Normal Login. When using the Single Sign On, I receive a "Failed to set cookie. Ensure cookies are enabled in the browser" message. In the SSO scenario, it still lets me log in, but that comes to a blank screen that only says {"status":2} if you enter the correct password and {"status:1"} if you enter the incorrect password. The host I am trying to log in to is "https://foo.bar.com/en-US/account/login". When I did not have "/en-US/account/login", this login did not work at all.

The mobile browser login works, but does not present Splunk in a mobile-friendly view. This is my first time working with Splunk and I'm pretty lost, so if anyone has a suggestion for me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Was not using the Splunk Add-on for Mobile Access:
https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/2887/
Once this was installed, I was able to successfully log in.
