Why are Splunk Web services not reachable for a user behind proxy?

Hello I can't connect the Splunk 6.2.1 webservices from a browser which is behind a proxy.
If I connect to the same services from a browser which is not using a proxy, it works fine.

UserHost ---> proxy ---> internet ---> Splunk 6.2.1 webservice [no response]
UserHost ---> internet ---> Splunk 6.2 webservice [I can login]

For now it's on port 80, just to be sure there are no SSL / Certificate issue.
I also tried older versions 6.1.6 and 6.0.2

Does anyone know a solution to reach the login page thru the internet from behind a proxy.

I installed splunk 6.2.2 (64 bits) and the issue is gone.
So for me the solution is to upgrade to 6.2.2 (64 bits)
