Why am I unable to provide the ID provider certificate file when configuring SAML from a Splunk Cloud install?

I cannot seem to provide ID provider certificate file when configuring SAML from a Splunk Cloud install. The option is greyed out. Does anyone know how to add a certificate?

This is something that customers in Splunk Cloud would need to request support to perform on your behalf (as things are deployed currently - may change in the future).
