Why am I unable to connect web port 8000?

Dears,

I am new to splunk,
just installed trail versions through wget, Splunkd is running but unable to connect with 8000 port after adding inbound rules in aws!

what needs to be done?

can anyone help me on this?

Verify the inbound rules in the security group are correct.

Verify the machine you're connecting from is allowed to connect to the Splunk server (firewall on the connecting computer).

If you have SSL enabled on the server, confirm your browser has the right certificate.
