Warning message on the Splunk home page

In order to migrate search traffic from Splunk 5 to Splunk 6, I want to be able to visually warn users not to modify their stuff.

• Warning should be on Splunk_Home_Page(near splunk logo)
• Warns users not to modify their stuff
