when I log in and click "view instances" my browser hangs on exsso.splunk.com
In safari it hangs on https://splunkcommunities.force.com

It might be caused by the Salesforce outage.

We continue to work on restoring access and permissions for customers affected by the permissions issue. During the restore process, some affected customers may receive error messages related to account status, billing, or single sign-on functionality after logging into Salesforce. This was an issue for about 3 hours on 5/17. It was not cookie-related as I tried an incognito window, and both chrome and safari. The issue resolved on it's own at around 5pm eastern on 5/17
