Splunk Upgrade Entitlements And Process

Hi.

We have an enterprise license for splunk bought through a 3rd party. Currently we're running 6.4 but I'd like to upgrade to 6.6. Am I entitled to the upgrade? Also am I entitled to enterprise support? How can I obtain the tar file file need ed for upgrading?

Downloading Splunk Enterprise is free hence you can upgrade to 6.6. You only need to create an account on Splunk. You can get required version from

Thanks. I got in touch with the 3rd party and they instructed me we were entitled upgrade and are covered for support. I managed to find the download page this time probably beacuse I was signed in and followed the upgrade instructions here.
