Splunk Training Portal not working

When I try to checkout a Splunk education course, it gives out a "Page Expired" error :-exsso.splunk.com/idp/NRBlt/resumeSAML20/idp/SSO.ping

I am trying to checkout Fundamentals 1 for the PowerUser Certification
