Phantom Password Policy

What is the effect of implementing a password policy on users with the "Admin" role and "Automation" role? Does implementing it affect new and old accounts created with these roles? Does it affect currently running playbooks as well?

We have automation users/role in our phantom web gui and have assets configured on them that our playbooks are using.

So now, if we implement the password policy in the Account Security settings, will this affect the existing users (including admin/automation) as well as the assets within them and so the playbooks that have these assets?
