Is there a way to restrict app views based on specific users?

Hello

Is there a way to restrict app views based on specific users? I set the default app in the roles, (for login) however, can I hide/restrict other apps from view when a different user logs in? eg: I don't want my security guys able to see my nmon app, which is used by our sysadmins.
