If your portal admin no longer works there, you can pick one of below methods to update:
Ask your account manager to contact Splunk Support to assign the new portal admin
If you don't know who your account manager is, you can contact Splunk Support directly to request an update via email support@splunk.com or call support hotline. Support will verify with your account manager. Once it is confirmed, Support will assign the new portal admin.
Also please make sure you are an Entitled contact to a valid Entitlement before emailing splunk support or raising a case, otherwise the case will go into a unmonitored community queue. In this case you can call the Support Hotline to contact someone within Splunk Support :
