How can i remove the Label or text in the login screen ??

Hi All..

I wanted to remove the text that is appearing on the splunk login screen..i.e

A new maintenace release of Splunk is here
To Upgrade to Latest release , please visit us at www.splunk.com/download

how can we do it ??

On my login page these kind of messages never appear since I bloked the conectivity to splunk.
