How can I get a copy of my Splunk certifications from the education team?

Dear Splunk Community,

I'm reaching out to you as I completed the Splunk Power User course some time ago and wanted to collect CPE for various other certifications that require continued education proof.

So far I've received one of the certificates from do_not_reply_educ@splunk.com with a long link starting by http://www.splunk.training/getpdf.asp?data=something.

Now I would like to get certificates for the other courses completion, so I reached to elearn@splunk.com, without success so far.

Would anyone know how to get these certificates?

See below for a "dummy" certificate:

Please follow below steps to download your certificate (worked for me!)
1. Login to Splunk support portal with your registered id.
2. From home page, navigate to My Certifications link at left side under highlighted "welcome User"
3. Click on that link and you will be taken to the page where you can see all certifications you have completed.
4. Downland one which you would like to have a copy.

and Certification questions can be directed to certification@splunk.com."

Let's see if I'm more lucky with the later. I'll let the community know.
