Help with permissions?

All,

I have created a group which inherits power, called "team_lead' and a group called "team_user" that inherits user. So far so good. But "team_lead" is unable to add read permissions to the "team_user", but does have options for user and power the base version.

Any idea what permission I need to add so they can grant permission to that user?

I didn't try this. But can you play around with below capabilities which are not inherited to power role by default?

edit_roles
edit_roles_grantable
edit_user
