Out of the box, no. What you might be able to do is use the existing Single-Sign-On Support ( http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/6.2.2/Security/HowSplunkSSOworks ) to front-end Splunkweb with a copy of Apache that is using something like http://modauthkerb.sourceforge.net/

Assuming you want to connect to Hadoop, Hunk with Kerberos is supported.
