Does Iframe of a report expire after a user leaves the organization?

Hey, so my company is working on creating a visual in SharePoint by integrating Iframes from report. This is working fine but the question I had was that, Will the embedded link stop working if a user that created them leaves the org and the account is disabled or deleted?

If the owner of the scheduled and embedded report is deleted in Splunk the report is not executed anymore until the report is reassigned to a user who has all required capabilities to run and embed the report. And I'm pretty sure that the link for the embedding must be recreated.

To prevent this behavior, you could create a technical (local) user.
