I am unable to login to a recently created Trial.
From My Instances, I do not have the option to INVITE USERS. Also,
PRODUCT: Splunk>Cloud Trial
SIZES: 5GB
START DATE: Jun 18, 2020
EXPIRATION DATE: Jul 03, 2020
INSTANCE NAME: kubenet
No INVITE USERS
only ACCESS INSTANCE
Clicking ACCESS INSTANCE, entering my splunk.com login credentials into the new page returns:
(!) Login Failed.
Noticed @brreeves_splunk resolved a similar case 3 weeks ago.
Please can you assist, as I would like to take advantage and trial this product?
n00b move. When the Trial was requested, an "Welcome to Splunk Cloud" e-mail was sent. Caught by an E-mail Filter....(!)
Oh wow your screenshot saved me. Tried "sc_admin" as the username and my temp password worked. Unreal. Thank you!
I'm having the same issue described. Never received this welcome email and even the temp password provided by the reset password feature results in the same error.
