I want a non admin user to download and install app. But it shows up: An error occurred while downloading the app: [HTTP 403] Client is not authorized to perform requested action; https://X:X:X:X:8089/services/apps/remote/entriesbyid/sideview_utils
I have my nonadmin user inheriting user and power user role and have admin_all_objects capability
rest_apps_management admin_all_objects
These two enable to download apps
