Can I specified Owner or Apps when using a savedsearch in my SPL?

Hi all,
In my case, I want to use other App's saved report (already visible in my App) in my savedsearch command.
One curious question is that, can i specified the owner or app of the savedsearch name?

i.e. |savedsearch otherApp.SaveReport123

Reason is that if I got my App's(or other Apps) report name same as SaveReport123, then I can't distinguish which report to use.

Is the only solution that save my search to different name?
