After installing Splunk on Windows located on a virtual machine, how can remote users access Splunk?

I installed Splunk on Windows server 2008 which is located on a virtual machine. I enabled SSL, remotelogin, and added users. I want to know how can remote users access Splunk at the same time? Please tel me how to configure it.
