About SSO by ADFS

Sorry about the rudimentary question.
I am building an environment referring to the following site.
https://www.splunk.com/blog/2016/09/14/configuring-microsofts-adfs-splunk-cloud.html

Splunk is 6.5 on Windows Server 2012 R2.
Event ID 364 occurred, logon can not be done.
Does anyone come up with something?
And,does 6.5 support sha - 2?

ADFSを使用し、SplunkへSSOでログインしようと思っております。
ADFSの機能に関しても知識が乏しく恐縮ですが
現在イベントID364が発生して
https://host名/adfs/ls/へのアクセスがエラーになっています。
AD側、Splunk側どちらでも構いませんので何か思いつくことございますでしょうか。
