pdf rendering doesn't work as expected

Hi,

Since we all know export to pdf isn't doing its job perfectly. Can anyone help me to add a new custom button to the dashboard saying print or export and as soon as the user clicks on it in the background it should trigger a python or shell script to export or print the page retaining the same color code as of the dashboard and retaining the same number of panels per page as shown in the dashboard.

Have you tried to print from your browser into PDF? Otherwise take a screenshot. PDF is broken and Splunk won't fix it untill a while since it's not high priority so you can try email report or download 3rd party apps to print PDF.
