Triggered email definitions

Hi,

We are monitoring etl logs via Splunk.
When etl fails, we are getting an email message from Splunk.
I want to modify this email.
How can we create email alerts in Splunk?
I could not find where this email is defined.
How can I find the email definition in Splunk?
